Villa Liberty is a single-family house on two floors, built around 1910 in a residential area near the historic center of Fano. A thick and high pittosporum hedge separates it from the public road. Through a driveway gate and a white iron gate you enter the Garden and the Reception. The built part of the building has a large hallway on the ground floor, kitchen, dining room, living room with marble floors, study, bathroom, garage. 20 steps lead from the corridor to the first floor which has 4 bedrooms, three bathrooms and a large terrace. The structure is inhabited by the owners.
Part of the structure is used as a B&B. The guests of Villa Liberty B&B have on the ground floor a reception with a large library (about 1500 volumes), a breakfast room furnished with Italian walnut furniture and equipped with tvc, armchairs and sofas, on the first floor a double room ( 18 square meters) and two junior suites (25 square meters). The two levels of floor are connected by two flights of stairs (twenty marble steps). The garden is equipped with a wood-burning oven, fireplace, fountains, a marble table and chairs, a parasol and chaises longues, and is adorned with cypresses, laurels, pines, olive trees and other essences; on hot summer days breakfast can be served in the garden.
